I am not a big fan of tofu, soup, super hot, and super spicy stuff.

With that said, that is the encompassing definition of soondubu (Korean tofu soup.)

Again with that said, the soondubu here is seriously da bombbb. Okay, so maybe I ordered like the second least spicy level, but look at how glorious that light red tint looks. Yeah actually, the flaming red hot tomato soondubu normal people get is too mainstream for me; I'm more about that wimpy light red orange life.

Yet my first soondubu experience (I know right; I don't know how it took me that long either) was sadly anticlimactic, because they definitely disappointed on the beef and seafood aspect of the dish. A few mussels, a few measly pieces of beef, and one small shrimp - such hardcore skimping man. 

But then again, we were tired and hungry after a long day of skiing, so I took what I got. And the free yogurt drinks and choco pies from the owner helped too hehe.
